If you choose to proceed with our design services, we’ll schedule a project measurement to create detailed as-is plans. These plans form the foundation for designing a space that perfectly encapsulates your lifestyle and preferences.

The process

Once initial design concepts are developed, we’ll meet with you to review and revise the plans as needed. After finalizing the design layout, we send the plans to contractors and suppliers to gather comprehensive estimates, enabling us to build a well-rounded budget for your project.

With the budget finalized and approved, we move into the permitting phase. This phase runs alongside the initial selection process, during which we collaborate with you to choose finishes like flooring, cabinetry, countertops, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and paint colors. Simultaneously, we coordinate scheduling and project management needs to set the stage for a smooth construction phase.

When an agreed-upon start date is set, construction begins. OCC oversees every aspect of the project, managing timelines, subcontractors, and details to minimize stress for our clients. Once construction is complete, we meticulously review the project to ensure it meets our high standards before handing over the keys to your beautifully transformed home.
